Privacy for the NexusXchange beta

Last updated April 17, 2026. This page explains the data we use to coordinate local swaps, payments, and support while NexusXchange is operating in beta.

What we collect

  • Account details such as name, phone number, and selected role.
  • Listing, request, booking, and review data needed to coordinate a swap.
  • Messages, notifications, and payment events required to keep the beta operational.

Why we use it

  • To match sellers, buyers, and certified shops inside the same local workflow.
  • To verify bookings, route notifications, and reduce fraud during beta operations.
  • To support disputes, issue refunds where applicable, and improve product quality.

Who processes data with us

  • Supabase supports authentication and core marketplace data.
  • Firebase supports messaging and push notifications.
  • Razorpay supports payment processing and payout orchestration.

Beta expectations

  • Access is limited to users, staff, and vendors supporting the live beta.
  • Operational records may be retained long enough to investigate fraud, payment, or support issues.
  • You can request access or deletion support by emailing support@nexusxchange.in.
